PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. It is a coating process that bonds a
metal coating to your parts on a molecular level. Our process, called the Cathodic
Arc Method, takes place in a vacuum chamber with the use of metals, such as
Titanium and Zirconium. These metals are ionized and combined with certain

- Clean: Free of oil, grease stains, polishing compound and adhesive.
- Stainless Steel or Chromed: PVD adheres best to these two materials.
- Defect Free: High quality coatings start with high quality parts. Be
